Robert Plant New Orleans Concert reviews
Band of joy a joyfull event
Mr Plant did mostly his new material. He opened the show with a new take on "Black Dog" I remember he did "house of cards" And "satan your Kingdom must come down". I thought it was cool that he let other band members sing lead on one song each while he did back up. He also played some harmonica. His voice was in excellent form and his singing was letter perfect. I liked the ending with all the members singing a spiritual with out musical accompement. Althrough I would have liked to of heard somthing a bit faster for the last song. Robert Plant has over the years grown immensly as an artist, and his new music suits him well
